would you prefer to die knowing you were a jackass and did nothing to better the world?

at least when i pass on to the other side i will have the comfort of knowing that i was not the little man you are.
it must be real lonely being you.

what you are saying is that you won't be able to mingle with anyone at all.
as i said it must be very lonely being you.
you are a very sad little man and i pity you.

I regret nothing. A person is the sum of their experiences...without my experiences, good and bad, I would not be whole. Mistakes teach us, and triumphs reward us. Write that down.
Nice hair, by the way.

Regetes? All I have left are regrets.
what would I have done idfferently?...I would have made greater efforts to keep my most recent marriage together.
I would have made greater efforts to get custody of my sons, even if that meant staying with the mother of the two youngest.
I would have treated my friends better, trusted them more...
I would have spent more time with my grandparents in their last days and weeks...
I would have taken my musical training more seriously...
I would have...lets just say the list goes on and I'll end it here since I doubt that anyone wants to spend the next several hours reading a rehashing of my wretched foolishness.

Regrets, of course. Would I do some things differently, why yes! Will I live the rest of my life regretting, I don't think so. I am one of God's children, and very aware of my destiny. I will die with my soul intact. I have already been forgiven for the errors I made.

everyone will look back in their life and wish they had done something different! of course we will have regrets! but to me if the people around you right now are loving and caring and they can forgive all that then you should be able to lay your head down for the final time and go in peace! it's the ones that are there for you till the end that really love you! ;)
God speed my friend!

I wouldn't regret anything. How can one know if they had made a different choice, instead of the one they made, change anything for the better, than the outcome it had? How can one learn what the right things to do are, if they never made errors? Right cannot exist without wrong, since we'd never know the difference between the two, if we didn't do both right and wrong. I need my mistakes, so I can see them for what they were, a wrong choice.
There is nothing to "fix".

I have few regrets. The one thing I wouldn't have done was get married at the age of 20. I would have waited.

there have been many times in life, I have wished I had done things a little different. as I have grown older the realization of who I am has become much clear to me,
so this is my motto
"every day of my life has added up to who I am today and every day of my life plus today will be the sum of who I am tomorrow"

I would probly just sit in a comfy chair and read. I have some minor regrets, but nothing that prevents me from getting any sleep.

I have forgiven myself for many of my regrets. Some I still have to come to terms with.
If I could do it all over again, knowing what I know now, I would do many things differently.

My past has made me what I am today so no regrets but i can assure you that the remaining future would be filled with more risks and enjoyment. Walking on the wild side would be a understatement
