Well basically i drink a glass of water after eating ANYTHING is that good? and why? I heard it helps breake down of food and in some cases drinking a lot of cold water can burn up to 36 calories just by frinking water! Is it good to drink water after every meal or even before meals? Please answer my questions.

Of course drinking water is good for you. I think that if you drink water before and during your meal you won't eat as much (I mean to help with over eating) and will feel full faster. And it helps keep your digestive system moving... :)

Drinking water in general is good for you. We're all supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated since 60% of human bodies is made of water. Yeah, so I'm glad you're drinking water! However, in my opinion, I do find that if I drink too much liquids it really fills me up during meals. Maybe take it easy?
