It is the thought that counts not the wording.

To summarize it is enough as long as you have all you translations available as to not take away or add to, but to be familiar with the word of God and key parts that are for education in the scriptures Philip.2:5,9-12; taking on the mind of Christ, who is the oldest being, as God his and our Father created him first, is a big job to handle.
Matt.6:9-13; 22:37-40; John 14:13,14,28; Jesus tells us how to feel about the God and Father that created him and caused us to have life here, so he can bring us the real thing that Adam LOST for us and he will SAVE us, to life eternal with him. If we approach the scripture with an idea of myth, myth is all we get. If we approach the bible as truth, then truth is what we get. If we approach the bible thinking the first 10 people in the genealogy of Jesus does not give us the right time from Adam to the flood, then how will we ever know the right time?
If Moses at Exodus began the bible year 2513, 3560 years ago, all existed for that 2513 years, so that an ages old earth was prepared ages to Adam and that was 2513 years before Exodus, every thing from that time to me is 3489 years, so what has the bible been through that it could have with stood without the protection of God and Christ? It has had to be under protection.

Exactly which Bible are you reading? Are you reading the one in Ancient Greek and Hebrew? Or are you reading the one that someone rewrote in order to appeal to more people?

i think thats exactly whats happened to our bible, and thats why its lost appeal.the bible has been rewritten many times to appeal to a newer generation and in doing that, its no longer the same.and i think God isnt too happy about that.

What do you think the makers of the "extreme teen bible" and those who try to make the bible look like a teen magazine are tryin to pull?

I don't think that would work out too well. God isn't co-dependent and trying to please everyone.
