What do you mean law enforcment can't help? If she is threatening you then she can get in trouble for that. You need to put a restraining order on her and so does he. Then she has no choice but to stay away. And when she threw the plate at him he should have called the police right then and there. And everytime she does something that you actually saw you need to report it because that shows she is doing it. If you keep letting her do it and don't file complaints when you finally do call the cops they are going to ask why you never did any other time. But get a restraining order against her.

You are dealing with a woman who has mental health issues. If you have enough harassment you can always file for a restraining order but that will be difficult since she lives so close to you.. I would suggest that you move so that you can get peace in your life.

Set up a camera if she's doing sh*t like putting sugar in your gas tanks... I don't understand why you can't get a restraining order though>?

IF SHE IS FILING FALSE CHARGES AGAINST HIM, TAKE IT TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND FILE A CHARGE AGAINST HER FOR LYING ON A DOCUMENT TO THE COURTS. FILING A FALSE STATEMENT.

THE HARASSMENT IS CONTAINED BY A RESTRAINING ORDER AND A PROTECTION ORDER AGAINST HER AND HER KIDS.

THERE IS AN ABATEMENT LAW AGAINST CURSING IN PUBLIC AND BEING A MENTAL CASE WHICH IS WHAT SHE SEEMS TO BE. FILE A CHARGE WHEN AT COURT FOR MENTAL HEALTH TO EVALUATE HER AS AN UNFIT MOTHER. THAT SHOULD HOLD HER TONGUE FROM WAGGING.

What do you mean L.E. can't help? When she came running out of the house throwing glass plates, you should have called the cops.

dear dear,
this is dangerous and unfair for your kids to live like this!
I think that you have to move, and move far...
It sounds like she lives to make your lives living hell.
She is consumed with anger and lives for revenge.
See Fatal Attraction movie and decide quick!
I wish you all well.

You need to move.
Especially if you have children.
Since he got you into this mess, have him pay for the deposit on your new apartment and your moving expenses.
