Err, I'm not sure what sins means, but I do know this is the wrong category.
Try to avoid acronyms in your questions it confuses people.
I love playing rangers in Guild Wars though. They can do a lot of different things and that makes them very interesting.

I do believe this is the wrong catagory... BUT
Rangers may become sins but with limited skills. They can use the usage of high Expertise for energy management, and use skills in that that catagory such as Whirling Defense, and/or Throw Dirt for melee character spikes. They are good in some ways but there's onlya couple of builds that work well together.
