But god didnt want all the plants to die so he floated down after the waters receeded and noah dropped everyone off to their respective continents and said "poof" just like he did on one of those 6 days, only this time was more successful than the first because he created the sun ahead of plants this time.

It wouldn't have, 180 days under over a mile of water would have killed most if not all, including the seeds.
