It was blackish around the edge, I didnt think much of it, will I get sick? if so how badly? and how long will it take, im worried.

Well, it depends how much of it was spoiled... must not have been too spoiled if, after the first bite, you didn't quit eating it... You may get diarrhea, or maybe throw up.. most likely, just diarrhea.

Wow... that must have been some really old bologna... I swear there has been some in my fridge for months and it never even began to change colors. But back to your question.... I really don't think you will become ill. If it was really horribly spoiled it would have tasted worse than it had. Obviously you must have eaten most of it before you realize it had black on the edges. I think your symptoms will be mild, maybe some stomach irritation and uncomfortable bowel movements at the most. See a doctor if you have worse issues than this.
