I am in need for extra funds for college does anyone know any good student loan lenders????

Believe it or not Salle Mae is a good lender for college students. They have good rates and a great rep. I used them and I was very satisfied with their services.

Check out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). My sister went to a private school and was able to get a lot of help from that lender. One of the programs available through the FAFSA is called "work study", where you can get a job on the campus, and use the $$$ from your job for whatever you want. Sallie Mae has some of the highest rates and fees. Wachovia and Citibank have lower rates and ZERO fees. DId you get a stafford first?
