It is a sad truth that moral integrity is denigrated in the public education system. This cause has many more effects than I care to list, but immodesty is one of them.

Yes, I think men do like it.
But, come on ladies, cover up a bit.....I see more and more women and young teenage girls letting it all hang out, I don't get it, it looks trashy.
At least cover up half way, leave a little to the imagination.
Besides why are women so hung up on getting men to "notice" them. It is a huge sign of low self esteem on the woman's part.
Men that are that much into boobs are just jerks! so why would you want to attract a jerk?

I normally have a difficult time looking at the person when I talk to them. It just makes conversations slightly uncomfortable while trying to avoid looking at the chest area.

There's a degree in my opinion. A small amount is sexy. Too much is trashy. In my case, I can't help it. I show off cleavage wearing a turtleneck.

Yes to be honest . Its a bit like a man with big muscles , he`ll usually wear a low sleaved top......
At parties etc women with a low top is very elegant and sexy.
