I'm having a really hard time finding yummy new food for my child. I think what I'm feeding him is boring! Please help I need more of a voriety.

Yogurt, cheese, whole grain crackers, fresh fruit and veggies, whole wheat pasta, cottage cheese, try making smoothies out of fresh fruit and yogurt and milk, my daughter loves them.

Try different types of veggies. Some you might have to mash to feed to him, others like green beans you can cut into finger food size and your baby can self feed. Broccoli florets cooked until very soft are also good

He can eat whatever meals you eat! And for snacks, you can try goldfish and raisins, cheese and crackers, fruit and cheerios, applesauce and graham crackers... There are many different combinations to try!

go to the "Latino/Ethnic section" of any store and look for CERELAC. it is healthy, nutritious and good for growth (made by Nestle)
