Is there a legitimate private loan lender out there who does not charge an advance fee or transfer fee??

Need a loan desperately but cannot obtain it through traditional bank or lending institution. Credit is scarred due to divorce. Pls contact me if anyone can help

That is just give an invitation to the scammers, better yet open yourself up to them. You are basically asking yourself to be ripped off, and end up in worse shape than you are
