I did everything right, I tapered off slowly. I cannot take this dizziness, I feel like I'm losing my mind! There has to be something I can do to ease these withdrawal symptoms. Please any advice anyone could give would be greatly appreciated. I read somewhere that this could last up to two months, I will surely commit suicide if I have to deal with this for that long.

This is an excellent time to address your question and symptoms with your Dr. If not the Dr., then a pharmacist.
You need genuine answers from the professionals.

it will last for a couple of months, sorry. you're not alone either, there are other people out there just like you, getting frustrated with the dizziness.

the moments of extreme dizziness really sucks, i know - but it will pass. perhaps you are coming off it too fast??

i went off zoloft slowly (myself - not doctor supervised):

100mg daily
100mg then 50mg alternating days
50mg daily
50mg then 25mg alternating days

you get the picture. that took about a year and a half to come off and it wasn't too bad. i'm actually back on them now - things didn't work out.

i stopped taking them abruptly recently due to sheer laziness of getting a prescription filled. the dizziness is horrible, but can be abated by taking a dose.

You just need to do something that causes you not to focus on the feeling. Pet your dog or read a book or zone on the TV. I found that not focusing on the feelings helped. I also read somewhere that taking benedryl can help the symptoms...
