Hopefully, they will get deported, right then, right there. Lose anything they got, put them in comfy buses, & drive them back to where they came from. I will help make the bag lunches they can get on the long ride home!

People that have been in the country that long and havent started paperwork to at least get a work visa need to be deported ASAP. I've never heard of a "4 year process" to get it done, but I have seen people put in jail for a couple of months first then be deported.

At worst, deportation procedings would be initiated, and he'd be given a court date, which he could then ignore and stay in the country until he gets caught again.
