Searching and seizing are two different things. If it is because they have an order from the court that they are taking it as an asset forfeiture they likely would not need a warrant because if the asset forfeiture has been granted it is now the property of the seizing agency.

If they have a court order they do not need any other orders or warrants for the purpose of entering your property to seize the vehicle listed.

I think they would just need a search warrant for the Vehicle not the property where its is located , you could just keep moving the vehicle if that was the case

If they can see it they dont need a search warrant as long as they have a seize order. If you really dont want to lose it you need to find a better place to hide it than your house.
