If I believed you , which I don't, then no you can not sue any branch of the government. If you could, I would have sued the IRS along time ago for stealing. Then I would sue hospitals for price gauging ( the average aspirin cost about 6 dollars at the hospital.

You would have been smart to have kept your mouth shut seeing you were allegedly outnumbered, were any of the group actually convicted of a "war-crime" either in a Military Tribunal or a Court of Law?? before your alleged event was staged,. . . err. . . I mean took place!!!

BUT the soldiers were wrong also.... they should not have attacked you.....they should not have wasted their time on your dumb a**
Your only legal recourse would be a civil suit against the individual soldiers.....to prevail you will need a police report.....or at least willing witnesses...
but I would be cautious....the soldiers may have their own case for slander.......
My advice is to forget it and watch your mouth next time..... people who have laid there life on the line to protect your ignorant a**......people who have had friends killed and maimed protecting your ignorant a**......have little patience for idiots

hey look, soldiers are trained to kill..why are you gonna go pick on them like that? They joined the military to serve the country..if you cant deal with the war, dont take it out on them, take it out at the leaders they serve. You just cant go around insulting people like that. I think you would have to take action against the individuals.
But, since I am a military wife, I am pretty ticked off that you could call them War Criminals.... and I honestly they shouldn't of beat you up. But, I don't feel bad about it. Maybe next time you will keep your mouth shut when you know what comes out of it is filth.

You can't file against the "military". The "military" didn't do anything to you. A group of soldiers did. You would have to sue them personally, although maybe you should rethink who you spout of your political crap to. Next time you may wind up with more than a back injury.

.Why would you call them war criminals ,I would beat you up too. They have to do what the military ask them to do, even if they hate it. They fallow orders or go to jail .Most people join because of lack of work or to help pay for their schooling. They ended up in the middle of a war. Not their choice.Oh and I am a liberal
