You mix can mix two opposite colors like red+green, blue+orange, or yellow+purple. You can also try mixing orange or red with a bit of black which sometimes works but i suggest the other option more (out of experience). You can also add or increase the amount of a certain color when mixing to create different shades of brown, or you could just simply add black or white to make it darker/lighter. I hope this helps.

it is easier than you may think.

Make an ordinary color wheel and substitute the primary colors by earth tones. A yellow a reddish and a dark one. Ad white and black to multiply.

whatever color is on the oppisate side of the one your looking at mix them and you will get brown. 36 shades? is this for school? you may have to do tints and shades with that also witch mean oppisate colors then ad white to make lighter or black for darker. then you will get more shades of brown! good luck lovez.

you have to see the color that is on the opposite of the one you are looking at... it's their neutralizer
