Lust means that you have a desire for something or someone.

If you lust for masterbation, then that is what it would be...a lust for an action.

You can lust for actions, or things such as money or a car, or another person.

Me, I have a lust for life and all that it has to offer.

so some distance as i'm worried, masturbation isn't a sin. Fantasizing, in and of itself, isn't a sin the two. The condemnation of the two consequences from a pretend effect of what lust is. Lust isn't merely sexual want, neither is it fantasizing. Lust is a definite, possessive style of want, and pushes the guy who feels it to act on that want if plausible. a minimum of, that's how I see it. i think of it is likewise extremely worth noting that the Bible in no way mentions masturbation in any respect, besides the fact that it virtually easily befell greater in many circumstances in Biblical circumstances than different acts that are explicitly condemned, including bestiality.

Lust (Latin, luxuria)
Main articles: Lust (fornication, rape, perversion)
Lust is usually thought of as involving obsessive or excessive thoughts or desires of a sexual nature. Unfulfilled lusts sometimes lead to sexual or sociological compulsions and/or transgressions including (but obviously not limited to) sexual addiction, adultery, bestiality, and rape. Dante's criterion was "excessive love of others," which therefore rendered love and devotion to God as secondary. However, lust and love are two different things; while a genuine, selfless love can represent the highest degree of development and feeling of community with others in a human relationship, Lust can be described as the excessive desire for sexual release. The other person can be therefore seen as a "means to an end" for the fulfillment of the subject's desires, and becomes thus objectified in the process. In Purgatorio, the penitent walks within flames to purge himself of lustful/sexual thoughts.

It's not wrong to masturbate. A lot of people do it. Lust is basically just a sexual attraction to someone else and nothing else.
The only way it'd be wrong for your friend to masturbate is if he were doing it in class or something. Leave him alone, one day you'll try it too.

Yes. That's one form of lust. I would tell him if you know he does it. Then, it is up to him whether he wants to stop or not. You can only tell him the truth. God Bless

Lust is wanting.

Ex: Seeing the opposite sex and wanting,
and imaging sex with them is lust.

It bothers me, that YOU know what your
friend is doing down below.
