If you start reading Revelation thinking it is prophesy of the future you will NEVER figure out what was going on then and there. Revelation is about war between Christians and Jews.
It REVEALs the truth about Jesus. The ancient popes who believed it was a sin to cover up anything in the Bible rewrote Revelation and taught it was the future instead of history. Damned clever those popes.
If it were not for the Catholic anti-christ organization born-agains would have never heard of their godYou claim the Catholic church is the anti-christ. Yet you worship their logo. Now some born-again will say he/she doesn't understand the question. They are liars. They say that in defense of their weak faith.

While I can't say the born-agains are liars because a whole bunch of them are that dumb. One of my Catholic friends one time said that she was accused of worshiping a sun god.

There were no ancient Popes as I don't consider everything A.D. ancient.

The Catholic Church teaches that Revelations is of past events. At the time it was a premonition though. I don't know who made it an event in the future but the Protestants are the ones who made up the Rapture which is not a totally Biblical belief.

The New Testament was not rewritten.

We are quite positive that we have what the writers said almost to the very words they wrote down.

"It cannot be too strongly asserted that in substance the text of the Bible is certain: Especially is the case with the New Testament.

The number of the new Testament, of early translations from it, and of quotations from it in the oldest writers of the Church, is so large that is practically certain that true reading of every doubtful passage is preserved in some one or other of these ancient authorities.

This can be said of no other ancient book in the world.”

If you have your mind made up, it is not my place to change your mind. That would not be living the gospel.

However, since you asked for a link, I will give you one. At this site is a free book that explains all of Revelation in plainness. The author claims to have gotten the explanation from the mouth of John himself.

I read the book. It just makes sense. It all makes sense. John used events in history to hide the truth about today.

If you read it, you will understand.
