sometimes it's the same questions, but a different interviewer, who is higher up in management that doesn't have the time to waste on interviews, but has the ultimate say in the hiring process.
A second interview usually means that you probably have the job.
(You should always remain calm during an interview because some interviewers will try to see how well you manage and work in a stressful situation (by asking you hard or odd questions, or making you for long time for the interview). I love watching the newbies sqirming in their chairs : ) It's a guilty pleasure.

I think they'll ask you more about your availability, and since this is the 2nd interview they're probably very serious about hiring you and just want to make sure you'll be a good fit.
