That's very promising. It means you're probably being asked to meet some more senior people as part of a select shortlist.
They will want to probe your skills in more detail and also ask searching questions about your attitudes, abilities and ability to perform under pressure. So stay calm, be honest and be yourself.
Best of luck!

sometimes it's the same questions, but a different interviewer, who is higher up in management that doesn't have the time to waste on interviews, but has the ultimate say in the hiring process.
A second interview usually means that you probably have the job.
(You should always remain calm during an interview because some interviewers will try to see how well you manage and work in a stressful situation (by asking you hard or odd questions, or making you for long time for the interview). I love watching the newbies sqirming in their chairs : ) It's a guilty pleasure.

Congratulations, on the 2nd interview. somewhat the 2nd interview is an extension of the 1st. you will probably in simple terms meet with yet another group of folk you probably did no longer have the possibility to fulfill the 1st time. in simple terms be consistent in what you reported the 1st time because's what have been given you the 2nd interview and that they might have responses from the 1st interview. additionally, it is likewise great to invite your skill corporation approximately themselves. Like, how long have your worked for this enterprise and what do you experience is the final characteristic of this enterprise. additionally, do your homework. examine the enterprise online. discover accessible terminology, customer/member, problems with that nature and slightly approximately there history and ascertain to incorporate that as quickly as speaking. One huge question you're able to be arranged to respond to is why do you elect to artwork right here? And why could I hire you and not the different applicants I surely have interviewed. solid success to you!

You will probably interview with someone that is higher up on the company so they will most likely ask you the same questions you had yesterday.
They will also talk more than they need to, so you will need to pay attention to them.
It should not be anything new....they just want to fill you out and see if they connect with you.

Usually the same questions, by a different person. Be ready with questions of your own.
Your questions should deal with the company and NOT with compensation or benefits. Save that for last.
