You might do better with a fast food kiosk rather than a sit down restaurant.

No. I would not waste your time. A drop off cleaners is the easiest business to start. Anyone who is interested in starting a business, should contact the Small Business Association, that is run by your state government. Every state has one. There are grants available to new business owners, and they will give you some useful information on the success probability of your business. Be prepared to lose money the first year.

Healthy meals seems to be the trend. Cooking and making sauces with Olive Oil and using only low fat meat would be popular I think.

It may go over really big right now with the health awareness craze going on, but you know how fickle people are. Tomorrow they may be into something else entirely. If you do it, be prepared to make a change if necessary.

i think it would but make sure u have great cooks. I'd love to know my caloric intake at a restaurant but if the food is gross, I'd blame it on the low cal.
