I had a theory about "Y!A Customer Care" once.

I forwarded a violation notice email to them to appeal it, asking, "You goatf*ckers don't even read these, do you?"

No response. Theory correct.

They don't give a rat's *ss about non-paying customers. They only create all the Yahoo services so you'll see what they have available for a monthly fee and maybe you'll buy it. Other than that ... what customers?

I'm going to find out. I complained about a violation notice I got this morning. It was an absolutely ridiculous claim.
