I had a theory about "Y!A Customer Care" once.
I forwarded a violation notice email to them to appeal it, asking, "You goatf*ckers don't even read these, do you?"

They don't give a rat's *ss about non-paying customers. They only create all the Yahoo services so you'll see what they have available for a monthly fee and maybe you'll buy it. Other than that ... what customers?
