Tips for long hair:
1) vitamin A - meat, milk, cheese, eggs, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, etc.
2) vitamin C - strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, tomatoes, dark green vegetables
3) vitamin E - raw seeds and nuts, dried beans
4) Biotin - egg yolk, liver, rice ,milk
5) Inositol - whole grains, liver, citrus fruits
6) Vitamin B3- fish, chicken, turkey, meat
7) vitamin B5- egg yolks, whole grain cereals
8) vitamin B6- whole grain cereals, egg yolks, vegetables, Brewer's yeast
9) vitamin B12- chicken, fish, eggs, milk

it is possible to provide healthy hairs lenght is decide by ur mother fathers bascially
u can try thses
use lemon orange awala
wash some time head with sour curd it will help u and nurture

I hate to say this but it has to be like genetic. But if you manage to grow long hair, you should be eating stuff like avocado, milk and eggs.
