i have an old 50hz tv and was wondering if anyone could tell me whether a ps3 will work on it and if any games will be restricted
also what will the blu ray b like thanks! :0)

It'll work on one and the PS3 games will look better than PS2 games did, but, obviously, not as good as when on a HD tv. (If you have a PS2, the PS3 can use the same AV cable to connect)
The Blu-ray doesn't have as big a leap though, in my opinion anyway. You probably do need a HD tv to appreciate that fully.

PS3 will work with a SDtv, but you won't be able to play Blu-ray movies.

Good luck. You need a 120Hz TV for the best picture.
