Not yet --- but medical technology is getting better, especially with all the media attention on this topic. If you google "MRSA vaccine" you will find that vaccines have been proven effective in lab situations just not released to the public yet.
Look out though, this is a definite possibility in the next year or so.

NO - but if you have no open wounds (surgical wounds, ulcers, sores etc..), you have nothing to worry about, it's mainly only a problem in wounds, occassionally causes bladder infections but then generally only in people with catheters.
