Five things:
1. There is no Mrs. God. God is not a man. God does not get married. Asking this is like asking "If the sun were made of green cheese, would it melt?" Well, the sun is NOT made of green cheese and never could be. So it doesn't matter.
2. All that said, if God COULD get married... Jesus is no longer a baby, so that point is not relevant. He can do what he wants.
3. You can't break infinity into half, so it would be impossible for anyone to get God's half of the stuff.
4. God is at the top of the legal totem pole. He could change the laws to favor him.
5. If God is omnipotent, he would have had a prenuptial anyway. Mrs. God isn't getting crap.

There is no Mrs. God, only God. When Moses asked God who he should say sent him, God said to Moses to tell the children of Israel I am that I am. Not, we are who we are.
Jesus has now been given charge of heaven and earth as He said to His disciples after rising from the dead. He is of His own. He is God.
