Hi, I'm 15 years old and I have noticed that lately my hands have been shaking a lot. When I'm at school, writing or something I shake so much that my handwriting gets really untidy. I'm embarrassed about it as when I think about shaking, I think about old people. I'm also worried, does anyone know why I could be shaking so badly? thanks

There are a number of reasons why you could have shaky hands. One might be too much caffeine. Other reasons could be anxiety, low blood pressure, an overactive thyroid, or medication side effects.

As previous answer said. Lots of reason. A big one is diet. Are you eating correctly and leaving off the junk foods which have no nutritional value and are generally laced with chemical and caffeine.
For a week and preferable 2 weeks. No fast food, no soda, donuts or chips. Try some fruits and veggies, limited meats, no white foods, no dairy. I think you will be surprised. And some exercise won't hurt either. At 15 you can do your body lots of harm or you can start it on the road to good health
