It's one of the largest art forums there is, it's not exclusively watercolor though, they have all kinds of artists there. It's been my experience that they are an extremely helpful group. (I've only posted like twice though. *laughs*) I hope that helps!

You could also look to see if there is a Yahoo Group (click on Groups in the left-hand column on Yahoo's first page). I joined several for my various interests and they are very useful.
