This was an answer to my last question:

"I don't know why I feel cold sometimes when it's warm outside but just because I can't find the reason doesn't mean I quit believing I'm cold."

Fact is you "Feel" cold. No matter what you believe, your physical body feels cold. Your mind says, "I'm cold", you become aware that you feel cold.
Now comes the great dis tractor. Logic, reasoning, thought process or EGO, what ever you call it, you are now distracted from everything else (even tho it is a quick moment) and looking for the "answer" to why you feel cold.
We are all seeking an answer. Like climbing a mountain, we all seek the same "peak", just taking different paths to get there. There are NO shortcuts and no one way is right or wrong for all.
The only wrong is to continue to allow yourself to be distracted from your connection to the Divine.
Follow YOUR heart, not the heart-sounds of others.
Allow your thoughts to take a break and let your heart sing to you. Do you "believe" you hear its song?
Do you "believe" what you are "thinking" right now?

Hmmmm. Believing you're cold is not the same thing as BEING cold. It's simply a belief. Not a fact. If you are actually cold there will be some observable signs of it.

...At least it's an admittal that personal experience is the only reason (s)he believes. That's a start. (Though I doubt that was his/her intent.)
