Help! I have major sinus headache/cough. Took Alavert Allergy (Loratadine) didn't help so took psudephedrine..

that didn't help. Will these keep me awake forever? ALSO, will Mucinex DX help with cough and can I take after taking the above. My sinuses are killing me, don't want to be awake for 3 days though. Thanks.

For the headache take motrin. That will reduce the swelling of the sinus and take away some of the pain. Drink plenty of water to flush your system. All those drugs you have already taken should dry you up. The pseudophed should be the main drying drug.
