Music sounds better to me when I close my eyes and listen.

yes, this is a good idea, let god drive, but then, wouldn't it be better if he drove the whole way? you sit in the passenger seat, and let him start the car, pull out of the driveway, and take off down the road...

if he doesn't start the car, he never intended for you to go in the first place...

I would close my eyes and listen to music when at home, not while at the wheel. Remember, God helps those who help themselves...closing ones eyes while behind the wheel would not fit into that category.

God gave us a brain too- I think that you are being sarcastic here- Jesus does not want us to be stupid either. We can pray and we can worship Him in the car with our eyes open.
I had a so called best friend tell me that she would not pray for me at the moment i was talking to her, when I needed her to pray because "if she closed her eyes, she would be in an accident= if you truly are desiring to worship God will understand the eyes being open- He looks at the heart.Believe me I know He does.

It would be illiegal for you to let Jesus Take the Wheel... he's not licensed in our country to operate a motor vehicle.

I'm pretty confidant that "Jesus was driving" won't fly in a court of law when you are being sued for allowing an uninsured motorist operate your vehicle....

Jesus take the wheel. Ha. How witty.

WAIT! DON'T DO IT! There were NO CARS when Jesus lived!

ok.I.T.T. as long as we are utilising our imaginations why not a real dream vehicle like the recent Knight Rider Mustang? this is a funky vehicle. i might exchange the voice to sound like Marylin Monroe however. That'd be even cooler.

Just as long as you can explain the fender bender to the insurance company.

I don't know if many insurance companies cover "letting Jesus drive".

LOL!! Sure. I think if you did that, Jesus would take the wheel and drive you straight on into death.

Yep. Just close your eyes and go into a meditative state.
