I was on the computer talking on AIM (instant messaging) and this wimpy kid told me if I wanted to go to movies with him. I told him for his mom to tell my mom. I told my mom to say no. Then I went to school and everyone is saying I am dating him. What can I do to stop this rumer?

I would email this kid and ask him to stop spreading rumors and then just ignore anything anyone says about it. If you ignore it, it will eventually stop on it's own. The more that you let people see that it bothers you, the more they will bug you about it. Good luck.

If you have any really good friends who are guys, and who aren't wimpy, get that friend to hang out with you, acting like he likes you and everything. Act like you like him back. Put on a show for everyone. And if the wimpy guy bugs you, ask him why you would ever date him when you could have someone like your friend. I'm really sorry that this is happening to you, however. I know how it feels, it's happened to me too. Good luck.

First off all it sounds like you are the wimp, not the guy. If you didn't want to go to the movies with him, why didn't you tell him yourself instead of having your mom tell his mom no?
Honestly, that makes you sound like you are interested in him, but your mom wouldn't let you go to the movies.

Rumors are rumors and who cares about them???
You know it isn't true, right? and your REAL friends know it isn't true, right?? Who cares about everyone else.

Don't worry about the rumor, it's not worth it to even talk about it. If someone mentions it to you, just tell them no(make sure you don't say anything mean about him when you do, you may think he's a wimp, but there's no use in devastating him!), otherwise just ignore it. The rumor will blow over more quickly if you don't act too upset about it!!

i've got in basic terms seen The final track and LEtters to Juliet out of the flicks you listed. Letter to Juliet: It replaced into surprising. I certainly enjoyed it. this is definitely a chick flick nevertheless. The final track: It replaced into mediocre. You tell the lil pervert too get a life. If he continues, get a friend of yours to make him stop(a boy preferably). Don't start any rumors about him tho, it could make him do something real stupid(kill himself, Kill you, Rape you).
If he continues, tell the principal he is harassing you, and spreading rumors about you.
