Lighting, camera lenses, makeup and yes, even surgeries do wonders. They can also afford personal trainers and cooking staff to service them at their whim.

There is currently no surgery or procedure to get rid of stretch marks (unless you cut the skin off, and then you have a surgery scar there instead). There are some procedures that help them to fade, sometimes even shrink, but not eliminate them.
Topical creams and stuff do not help to prevent stretch marks. They are basically hereditary. They are caused by excess hormones in your body and rapid weight gain/loss (which is why so many women get them during pregnancy - the belly gets stretched out and women have loads of estrogen soaring through their veins).
Some women do not get stretch marks - they are very lucky! Some celebrities might be these women who do not get them, and some probably have their photos airbrushed so they do not show. Most 'professional' photos are doctored so that the models/actresses look flawless, but they don't actually look that way. It's all smoke and mirrors.

Not everyone gets them, I have 2 kids and no stretch marks. But laser treatment can be a miracle worker on stretch marks, and celebrities have the money to throw at stuff like that without blinking. There is plenty of photo doctoring going on in Hollywood as well.
Also, cocoa butter is supposedly great for prevention of them, and lessening the ones you do get. I'm sure celebrities are way into prevention, due to the jobs they have.

I'll let my wife answer this one... BIOVERGETURES by Biotherm Stretchmark Prevention and Reduction Cream-gel I used this for both my pregnancy's and I have no stretch marks! I gained some weight after my second pregnancy and ended up with stretch marks on my breasts and used it for them they disappeared after about 6 weeks of daily use. It works amazing! It costs about $26 per tube.

Try Mothers friend cream you can buy it at the pharmacy and use it everyday. It is vitamin E cream, it will help.
It also helps if all you have to worry about is how you look. Stretch marks are a fact of life if you have children.

There are a lot of creams that promises to help make if fade but none of them really works cause if it really does work then every woman would know about it cause a lot of woman have stretchmarks. What is know is there are surgery to remove and some laser therapy. But they are so expensive!

Surgery. Contact your local reconstructive surgeon if you really want to do it. But celebrities are fake. They have fake teeth, fake tans, and they get paid to fake their emotions.
I prefer to look up to people who deal in the real world, and they have stretch marks.
