I was told I will never get rid of sagging belly fat due to having my major stomach muscles cut into. By the way,, first C-section cut was up and down, 2nd C-section was made sideways. Thanking you all in advance for taking the time to answer my question

The only solution to your sagging belly is a tummy tuck. Your muscles are stretched and damaged and there is no exercise that can repair them nor is there anyway to tighten the sagging skin. I had a tummy tuck a couple of years ago and I have no regrets. I wasn't very painful or terribly expensive. Good luck. 2D

I know after my sister-in-law had 4 children back to back she was told that her stomach muscles would never be the same without surgery. I'm guessing your situation is very similar. Her muscles had separated due to carrying so many children right in a row without giving her body a chance to recover. Yours separated from surgery. She has decided to work out religiously in the hopes of regaining some of her old muscle back. It has worked for the most part. I'm sure it will never be the same as it was, but she looks terrific and can run a marathon! Good luck making your decision. I would suggest going to a doctor to sort out your options, that's what she did and then she knew what she was up against.

I've had the same problem. I had to c-sections and have the sagging stomach. I've been to sit ups and its helping a little bit, but it hurts while doing the sit ups.
