Unlikely. The drag would be too great for the engines to push the plane to this speed at 100 feet.

It can break Mach 1 at sea level.

It's possible, but it wouln't get very far over land that's for sure. I know the F22 is the first supercruise capable fighter, so with the after burners running at low altitude it might be capable of mach 2 speeds.

No it can't the air is not dense enough for lift. Also to the guy who sed the F-22 is the first with Supercruise capability, it's the second; Eurofighter has Supercruise and it was out before the Raptor

Even if it could (unlikely), it wouldn't. At that speed and altitude, a slight air pocket would most likely cause a crash.
