Do nose piercings scar?
If yes, then what can you use that will help the scar?

I got my nose pierced in May,
and I still haven't taken it out, but yeah they do scar :/
Any piercing that damages the tissue does,
I'm not sure what can totally make the scar go away, but when i got it pierced, i bought this H2Ocean stuff, and it's supposed to be a disinfectant and help it heal faster, so it probably helps with the scarred tissue
And after you take it out, ou could try using scar cream like Mederma

If you remove the piercing and let it heal over it will look pretty much like a freckle. If you want it removed try an over the counter scar removal cream. Otherwise just cover up should work fine. It is a scar but because it is so small it isn't noticable.

Alright,
nose piercongs are like regular ear piercings.
It will take a while for the scar tp disappear but it will heal and probably fast.

Yes they do. I've had my scar for about 6 years, I don't do much about it though because it's hard to see. It's not noticeable. I just notice because I know where it's at.
use maderma.

if you take proper care, and do not use cheap jewelry you will be fine. (most tattoo / piercing shops only have cheap jewelry) so try www.leroi.com quality stuff, no nickle, no scars! i learned that the hard way.

Mine nose ring left a hole when I took it out. It's not too noticable but still kind of annoying...

you might have a little dot that looks like a freckle. concealer will cover it just fine. if you want to remove it, maderma will work or go to a dermatologist.
