You don't need a global warming disaster kit. It is not a disastrous thing. It is happening too slowly, taking 10 years or 50 years or more for any important changes to occur, so you will never see any sudden change requiring advanced preparation like you would with a storm or earthquake.

Global warming isn't one event, and unfortunately it's not like a terrorist attack. There aren't materials that you can use to successfully negotiate full environmental alteration.
For the short term, stock canned food and bottled water... and perhaps some medicines. For use in the event of prolonged drought and economic/crop failure of a small magnitude.
Long term... I don't even want to think about it.
