I swear i not doing this! its wrong!
but just out of couriosity, if a normal weight peron started to do this, when well it start to show? you know, like the boney and unatractive body and stuff...

It depends on the level of physical activity. If you sit around all day drinking lots of warm water, it may never show. If you walk ten miles a day, you should see the effects in a couple of weeks...

It will take longer to show than if you eat 1000-1200 because your body will assume you are starving and cut back your metabolism accordingly. A reasonable diet and moderate exercise will show results much quicker and they will last longer because you will lose less water and muscle mass.

about two weeks.

it takes about that long for the loss of muscle mass in ur body to be noticed. at that low of a calorie rate, thats all u lose - muscle. therefore, u appear a bit slimmer, but in the end, u just have less muscle and a low metabolism. eventually - like three weeks - the body would turn to fat to burn.

Listen, i do a lot of exercising, i also eat around 700 calories. But it so easy to burn them off. Run for 20 minutes each day, theres about 100 burned and also walk an hour. Dont eat any bad foods including chips and soda
