Talk to someone in HR. They are actually trained to talk to employees about these kind of issues.

My grandfather once said" OH MY GOD! I THINK I JUST STUCK MY NOSE UP MY ***!!"
Now that would be unprofessional. Seriously though, keep a favorite scent close at hand, on a hanky or scarf. I wouldn't feel bad about spraying Fabreeze (she knows she farted), just don't go crazy with it. Maybe leave some Beano in the break room.

The next time she does it ask the person on the other side of you if they smell something "weird." Not a "fart" but just something. If she over hears this then she might become more aware and fart elsewhere (like the bathroom). If that doesn't work talk to HR.

If she can't help it, spraying would be rude and embarrassing. Instead just keep an air freshening device plugged in in your cubical or on your desk. If you are allowed to burn candles or have a candle warmer, just use it all the time. Then you won't be calling attention to her problem.

you may desire to stand up and component and say "DID you in ordinary terms FART?" or you're able to make little warning signs a million via 10 and value the farts. i haven't seen you flabbergasted. i presumed surely it would take extra suitable than a blatant fart to flabbergast you toddler. ?

She's likely already aware she has a gas problem, so pointing it out to her would just embarrass her. Talk to HR, and they may be able to move you to a different area.

Have a loud and noisy spray that you can use to perfume the air about you.
Spray it every time she farts.
If she doesn't get the hint, spray it ON HER when she farts! :-)

Well...yes its gross....but as you said, she can't help it etc...so all you can do my friend, is take matters into your own hands...get a can of Oust or Febreeze or something..if you smell anything..get spraying immediately!
