Can someone help me with my fafsa/tax question?

FOR MY 2007 FAFSA I FILED AS HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD. IF MY FATHER WANTED TO CLAIM ME AS A DEPENDENT ON HIS TAXES WILL HE BE ABLE TO DO IT?

If you were the head of household then, and not anymore, then you should be ok. Otherwise, if you filed your fafsa as head of household, and your 1040 as dependent, then you might be liable to repay the amount awarded you by financial aid.

If he meets the requirements to claim you as a dependent, he can. If he meets those requirements, then you wouldn't qualify as head of household though.
