There used to be a Hertz rental on the station, but it has moved (I find) to this address:- 2 Forth Banks
Newcastle Upon Tyne, (Newcastle), United Kingdom
Hours of Operation: Mo-Fr 0800-1800, Sa 0900-1300, Su closed.
Forth Banks is at the back of the station.

I am almost sure there is one on the station if not any car hire will meet you at the station with one just inform what time the train is due to arrive. the best way to do this is to go to your local car hire near where you live and sort out all the paperwork before you travel, assuming of course that it is a national car hire outlet near whwere you live
