Ladies,when you cross legs would you consider it a conscious or unconscious action?

Most of the time I would say unconcious because it becomes habit. But there are times like when wearing a short skirt or flirting with a guy that I am concious of it.

It starts out as a conscious action when we are young and become of an age where our mothers badger us about crossing our legs when we have skirts or dresses on. From there, it becomes unconscious over time.

Unconscious.........I was just raised from a little girl to cross my legs when wearing a dress or skirt. I cross at the ankles or knees. When wearing pants I still do not spead out...LOL

It depends on the girl because some girls don't wear dresses/skirts that much so they have to make a conscious decision to cross their legs and other girls don't have to think about it because they are used to doing it.

lol, un-conscious, i didn't realize i was crossing them until just now.

I just realized, i don't cross my legs while wearing pants, but i'm wearing a skirt right now and they are crossed, so i guess the person above is correct in that our mother's teach us when wearing a skirt or dress to cross you rlegs and as we get older, it doesn't become second thought, just an automatic response.

Both conscious and unconscious.....depending on what I'm wearing....pants or a skirt/dress.

Unconscious mostly, when crossing my legs.
Conscious, when uncrossing. My "top leg" tends to fall asleep, so I have to uncross... then I unconsciously cross over with my other leg...

Depends on the lady....for me, it is totally unconscious, I don't even think about it when I do it. I think probably the majority of women do it without thinking.
