i am 17 i just got over a cold where i couldn't SPEAK and my head hurt for 3 days which it still odes, especially when i move quickely or bend down.
i want to know what i can do about this besidse realz..duhh..and wheni can expect it to go away?

Drink plenty of water.
Take some simple pain relief if you can, paracetamol (or acetaminophen).
Rest
The "average" cold takes about a week to get over. Some people get over them very quickly, which leaves some other poor folk to make up the other side of the average and the cold can last several weeks!

you may have a sinus infection does your forehead and cheeks hurt if they do you might want to go to the dr and they can give you some medicine if it is sinus.usually when you have a sinus infection your head hurts and when you bend over it hurts.good luck

You should drink plenty of water and try some Alervt-D....you have to ask for it, they sale it behind the counter......It has very little side effects and should help........
