That depends of the guy. However genericaly I think most men would fine a turn off several things like:
bad hygene (teeth, hair, smell) , bitchy personality, lack of exercise, things like that.
In our culture there's the concept that men go for the body, well, that's unlikely when a guy is looking for a long-time relationship, it helps at the beginning (sexual attraction is physical), but charm is more important.
Personally (since I'm a narcissistic person) I'm quite picky about her capability to see the beauty of the male body and to demand it. (If she thinks any guy is ok for her, then she's definitely not worthy of my time).
I hope it helps.

Thinking the momentary presence or absence of money is permanent. I'm not Diamond JIm Brady, bankrupt six times and rich seven, but I have learned that money comes and goes, it is a temporary condition.
Intolerance is a turn off.
Demanding worship is a turnoff.
Demanding I fight her battles for her. If trouble starts, I'm willing to get their attention, but I expect her to go around cracking skulls from behind, at the least. Fainting heroines are a deal killer.

The biggest thing that turns me off obout a woman is if she is not herself, spends to much time talking about trivial things and not enough about things that are genuinely important. Guys also tend to hate gossipy women a lot too.

A woman with unrealistic expectations. Bitchy women I would guess.
Face it ladies guys can not multi-task. Asking them to fix the car and talk about "our relationship" is not going to happen!

Hahahahaha.
A friend and I just talked about this today.
He brought up:
bad teeth
unpleasant smell
badly dyed hair--so that the roots are showing
clothing that fits weird
extreme blemishes
chewed nails

Loud foul mouth women who look and dress like hookers. Women who don't care about how they look or dress.
