If you have not seen a Rheumatologist then see one, as this could be the start of something much bigger. If you have been diagnosed with Arthritis then you should be on medication.

Apart from painkillers you can take Chondroitin/Glycosamine sulphate tablets, omega 3 fish oils and feverfew (from health shops) are all beneficial to naturally relieve pain and inflammation. Also a good quality magnetic bracelet could help.

ibuprofen like, motrin ibuprofen is usually sold any where and so is motrin . the higher the milagrams the better .motrin 800mg is usually by script.
