It causes an annoying kink in my upper back that I can't seem to crack out. I haven't gone to a Chiropractor or an Orthodontist(sp) yet, but I will soon. Will it be possible to make my spine straight?

Depending on your age? If you are still growing then you can start exercising. However if you are an adult, sorry. Remember this is mild, doe not warrant surgery.

well i am 20 and i had back surgery when i was 18th- they done a fusion and then but 2 harrington rods on each side of my spine- now 2 years later for some reason i'm still having problems wit them and i have to go to a "pain specialist" because it feels as if the rods are slipping- i would really suggest not to go to a specialist over a little curvature such as your becuase chances are they are just going to but you in a brace- i had a 58 degree curve and i had to have surgery because i would have been cripled in a couple years- so here i am 2 years later- still spending thousands and thousands of dollars on doctors after my 100,000.00 surgery!
