If so, what do you do?
Examples would be morning prayer, an offering to your deity/deities, meditation, chants, reading the Bible or some other religious text, etc...
I would like to hear from those of all different beliefs. This is your chance to answer a question about your own religious beliefs and practices for someone who is genuinely interested, as opposed to people who ask just so they can mock you or preach.

umm...Deens...I truly do appreciate your lengthly answer regarding Jewish burial and the mourning period. However, I am referring to "morning" as in the first half of the day, not "mourning" as in a time of sorrow.

When I wake up and realize that i am still alive I pray a Morning Offering and hymns like "Lord,as I wake I turn to You,Yourself the first thought of my day...'". i read Office of Readings (Psalms,a chapter or so of the Bible and a reading from a Father,Doctor or Saint or Document of the Church)and morning prayer in the bathroom while i shave (electric),etc.
If i shower or bathe, I renew my baptismal vows and let the Lord wash away all that which is bothering me.
I turn on the radio news and pray the rosary for all the problems and issues in the world while i do sit ups.
By then I usually to leave for Mass and i have hymns on CD or sung Chaplet of Mercy in the car. I do dress before going out ,though.

I wake up early in the morning, start my coffee, make wudu(wash myself up to pray), Listen for the Adhan to start so I can
make my Fajr salat which is two Rakats. I then grab my coffee, still thinking of all the things in this life that i am thankful for and feeling a sense of goodness just with those two Rakats. On Friday's I also try to memorize some verses in English and Arabic from the Quran.

Perhaps it would go down easier with "True Christian" if you called it something like "habit of prayer" instead of ritual ...
I am trying to get myself into the habit of saying morning prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours, but practically speaking in this diverse and busy household I'm more often likely to pray a couple of decades of the rosary while thanking God for the new day and dedicating my actions and words that day to Him.
Sometimes even the rosary part is omitted. The important thing for me is to lift my thoughts to God to begin my day, as it sets the tone for the rest of these busy hours.

First I have to wake up. Then I do my prayer in the morning. I read my bible later that day and pray before bed.

I wake up, my kids come and jump on me, we go downstairs after diaper changes and see hubby off to work. Then we get breakfast and start our day. I don't read my Bible in the morning because with the two kids and everything there's just not much time or quietness for it. I don't believe in rituals anyways for the most part.

Jews start their morning by saying Modeh Hani upon awakening (before they set foot out of bed!) Modeh Ani is giving thanks to the creator for giving back one's soul since we believe that sleep is 1/60th of death.
Then we get up and wash hands because of the evil spirit of the night.
The men go to synagogue every morning to pray with a "mynian (ten men minimum)" while women will usually pray at home when they get a chance to (Judaism holds that women are not bond by time since they have other obligations). The prayers follow a pattern; it includes praises, thanks for what we have, and request for the future since we believe that G-d is the source of everything.
After praying, men are encouraged to study the talmud.

I just say a silent prayer for all the people I know and the people I hold dear, and for the poor souls in purgatory and all people who need God. that's all. :)
edit: and of course I pray for myself.
