I'd suggest to stop seeing foods as 'bad'. See them as ones that need to be limited and other foods as ones you can eat more often and more of. Then when you want something that isn't good for you ask yourself if you are really hungry. If yes, eat something that is good for you, drink a bunch of water, and then if you still want it, eat a little.

Also, don't keep foods in the house that you don't want to eat a lot of. Don't carry money with you unless you need to. If you're craving something (example candy) you are less likely to buy a small individual piece when you have to write a check then when you have cash or have the candy in the house. Ask people to keep the food out of site from you and not tell you where it is. Use non-food rewards, tell a friend what you are trying to do and report to them regularly (weekly, daily, whatever). Maybe you will be less likely to eat too much of something unhealthy if you are going to have to tell a friend what you've done.

Don't just tell yourself 'no', but tell yourself what to do to substitute a behavior you don't want. And know that you might make mistakes but let yourself start over.
