If you could lose about 100 pounds you would be about right so you need to drop down to 165 pounds.
As very few vegetarians are overweight perhaps a vegetarian diet might help.

Yes, you are too overweight. Maybe contact a health counselor if these things don't work:
1. Eat as little junk food as possible. Even Soda.
2. Eat white chicken, and don't drown it in ranch or ketchup.
3. It's all about moderation.
4. Excersize often, maybe biking, running, walking, jogging, push ups, sit ups, and if you don't want to go outside on a rainy day, get a tredmill or go to the local YMCA. A fun was of excersizing is the TRAMPOLINE! You work almost all of your muscles, while you have fun! Invite friends over and before you know it you'll lose pounds!
5. Drink milk and vitamins.
6. Be safe and good luck!
=)

Well the good news is that your not overweight, the bad new is that your obese. The worse news is apparently you live in a sheltered enough environment where nobody has even told you that your freakin obese. In fact this seems so unrealistic that you didn't realize you're obese I suspect this is a joke question.
If not, go get a personal trainer right now or find someone else willing to work with you on a daily basis to help you exercise and lose weight. Talk to a dietician or doctor about setting up a manageable diet plan. I give you details here, but I doubt you would stick with them without help, so seriously, get some health. Being obese is probably going to kill you or give you series of diseases throughout life if it is not taken care of.
You need to lose about 100 lbs.

Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..
Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.

It sounds like you are overweight, based on a weight calculation your ideal weight range is 166 - 182.6 lbs.
Ideally if you feel healthy and not out of shape then you should be happy with yourself. I wouldn't suggest gaining more weight but rather just up-ing your activity - walk more, jog for a short time.

Your "Ponderal Index" is 10.90 which gives an estimated body fat of 56.0% (148.4 pounds of fat)
I don't know what average is, but just be sure to exercise daily. Don't cut back on food all together (fasting). That's very bad for your body. Just be sure to exercise a normal amount, restrain from fried foods and sweets, and you should be great :D
