I worked in mental health since 1987 and I never heard of that.

It's definitely not a personality disorder, and there is no mention of it in the DSM-IV (manual of mental disorders used in the USA).

It might just be a humorous way of referring to coffee addiction or it might be an old psychology term that is no longer in general use.

I'm going to guess that it's a person's addiction to coffee. I'm not sure. I googled it and some of the search results kind of hinted that it might be an addiction or something like that.
