This is an often-requested recipe from the people I usually have over for dinner. It's easily adaptable too (I leave out the onions due to allergies). Look at the website and read some of the reviews for additional suggestions :)
Good luck!
Anniversary Chicken
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup teriyaki basting sauce
1/2 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, and saute 4 to 5 minutes each side, until lightly browned.
Place browned chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce, then spoon on salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and bacon bits.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Garnish with parsley and serve.

if the chicken is in parts like wings in breast than I can be of service.
Make the rice, have it ready by the end of it
First you have to brown the chicken.
While that is happening sautee some onions
once they are both done, put the browned chicken into the pan of the onions, and add about enough chicken stock to be at the halfway point of the chicken pieces.
Let the chicken broth evaporate, and just keep stiring it until almost all the broth is gone.
YOu're done.
Put some rice on a plate, add a chicken peice. Pour some of the broth on it, and ad some sauteed onions on top.
Congrats, boneless chicken is the best to use. Good luck!!!

Chicken Joanna
Cuisine: Chinese
Category: poultry
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1-1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. salt
1 chicken breast, quartered
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. chicken broth
Instructions:
Mix the salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil together. Smear the chicken pieces with this mixture and allow to marinate for 10 minutes. Dip chicken pieces into lightly beaten egg. Dust them with flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and lay the chicken pieces into it. Keep swirling the pan so that the pieces won't stick. Saute for 5 minutes on each side. Remove chicken and set on plate. Mix onion, garlic, vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and chicken broth. Heat and pour over the chicken pieces. If this is properly prepared, the chicken will will be soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Really easy one!
take a chicken breast and lay on a piece of kitchen foil with sliced peppers, mushrooms and sliced red onion. add a little garlic if liked, lemon juice and tarragon.
wrap all of the chicken and veg into a parcel and bake in a hot oven for 30 mins or so until the chicken is cooked through. delicious with savoury rice.
I like to put a veg stock cube into the rice whilst cooking and put in some peas and sweetcorn.
Hope you feel better soon

Sorry you're not feeling well. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Sear it in a heavy skillet on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add chopped garlic, mushrooms, thinly sliced onions and peppers and sautee until the veggies start to soften. Add 1 cup of white wine, 2 tblspn of butter and bring to a low simmer. Season lightly with salt and fresh ground pepper. Add the chicken, cover the pan and simmer on low until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice.
